Refund Policy

At Glowverra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet the conditions below.

Eligibility for Return

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Perishable or personal hygiene products
  • Custom or personalised products

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at help@Glowverra.shop with the subject line “Return Request – [Order Number]”. Include your full name, order number, reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not refund items lost or damaged during return shipping – please use a trackable shipping method.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@Glowverra.shop with a clear photo of the issue and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, then your bank. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at help@Glowverra.shop.
